Governments, airlines, CIA, FBI, military, corporate departments and more and more. Misty McCumsey of www.aviationmanualsolutions.com, (Denver) who received the STOLEN library of GLN's 15-years of manuals and then started to sell them as her own. What scum! Misty knows nothing about these and was marched to the front door to be tossed out of GLN and then tied up with Hegwood (RVSMSolutions in Denver) to receive the stolen GLN's library right off the servers.
Then there is
Kent Hegwood, www.rvsmsolutions.com, (Denver) whom with the sheriff we recovered about $40,000 in GLN technical manuals from his home and whose own father was testifying he knew all this was taken from GLN.
And there is
Jon Ross, (North American Air Charter from the New York area), one of the most criminal, worthless, POS individuals we have ever seen. Laughing and joking
on tapes from the FBI, Ross, who waddles to work, is laughing on these FBI tapes about getting an inside guy, Jim Davidson if you know him, to steal hundreds of thousands in GLN manuals and trying to sell them to the UAL Avolar program, the action of which when UAL CEO Creighton discovered the criminal conduct and the FBI involvement closed down the entire Avolar program costing hundreds of people their jobs. Nice work Ross! A real piece of . . . .
There is even more, even much worse things about this individual and his boasting of defrauding all kinds of flight operators around New York with criminal actions he boasts he was doing with other pilots, mostly Gulfstream pilots, that he was inflating MELs about four fold and making massive illegal kickbacks to pilots caught in this, now making a widening search of pilots who had knowingly helped to criminally defraud their own employers, just as he did with two of our guys. Should be in a prison and probably will be. His girl friend shows up in a federal court room and starts tossing around the N-word! Unreal, absolutely unreal. And with open microphones in the court too! Nice touch, Ross, nice touch. Real classy.
